InstantGate is a technology platform and marketplace that allows third-party organizers to create, manage, and promote events, sell tickets, and share event-related content. Unless we expressly state otherwise, each event is created, organized, and hosted by a third-party organizer, and any contract for an event or ticket is between the buyer and that organizer. InstantGate is not the event organizer and does not control the venue, staffing, security, safety, legality, quality, or performance of any event beyond providing the platform services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of InstantGate and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we may suspend or terminate accounts, listings, content, payouts, or access to the service where we reasonably determine it is necessary to protect the services, users, payment systems, rights, or to comply with law, card-network rules, or requests from regulators or service providers. Where applicable law requires notice, a statement of reasons, or an opportunity to cure, we will provide it.
ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW OR THE ORGANIZER'S WRITTEN REFUND POLICY DISPLAYED AT CHECKOUT.
The organizer, and not InstantGate, is solely responsible for the event, its refund policy, and funding any refund, credit, reversal, or chargeback relating to the event, subject to applicable law. This includes but is not limited to:
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that InstantGate acts only as a platform provider for the transaction unless expressly stated otherwise, and that mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain reserved.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL INSTANTGATE OR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INSTANTGATE'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES PAID TO INSTANTGATE FOR THE TRANSACTION GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) US$100. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY TO THE EXTENT SUCH LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
